Question 1

What is Electric Adda?

Accepted Answer

Electric Adda is a unified EV charging platform that helps electric vehicle owners discover, compare, reserve, navigate to, and pay for charging stations from multiple charging networks, all through one app. Instead of downloading different apps for different charging providers, Electric Adda brings everything together in one seamless experience.

Question 2

Why should I use Electric Adda instead of individual charging company apps?

Accepted Answer

Using multiple charging apps can be inconvenient. Each app has its own login, wallet, payment process, and interface. Electric Adda simplifies this by providing a single app, single login, unified wallet, and consistent experience across supported charging networks. This saves time and makes charging your EV much easier.

Question 3

How do I reserve a charging station?

Accepted Answer

Simply search for nearby charging stations, choose the one that best fits your needs, check real-time availability, and reserve your preferred charging slot. You will receive confirmation within the app, allowing you to arrive with confidence knowing your charger has been reserved.

Question 4

Is my payment secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Electric Adda uses secure and trusted payment gateways to process all transactions. Your payment information is protected using industry-standard security practices, ensuring a safe and reliable charging experience every time.
